What an absolutely amazing hotel! The staff were exceptional, so polite and attentive. We stayed for our anniversary and had a little plate in our room with chocolates, which was a lovely gesture. The room was big, with comfortable beds and a cot there waiting for us. The food at the rooftop was great and the view just makes the experience even better. If I had to pick a favourite part, it would be the breakfast. One of the best breakfasts we’ve had. So much choice of fresh food and the staff were very attentive at replenishing. All the staff were well trained and friendly, they made us as a family feel very comfortable and they were always interacting with the baby. To feel comfortable as a new family is important to as and they really went above and beyond. I hope to visit krakow again, and there is no doubt that we would be choosing this hotel.

I would strongly recommend staying at the Sheraton Grand Hotel. Their attention to detail was outstanding. Sometime you see pictures online that don’t resemble where you are staying but I can confirm that what you see in the pictures is what you get. Their staff were fantastic, nothing was a problem. There is one small thing that I would suggest to the hotel to do, is to have a plate warmer. Especially for breakfast time but other than that first class. Breakfast was outstanding, everything that you could think of was there. Root top bar with sunsets in the evenings and over looking the river, stunning. We ordered a breakfast box because we were going on tour the next morning and the spread of stuff that they gave us, unbelievable, I have put a picture of it in with the photos. Thank you again and I will be back.

We are returning to the Sheraton Hotel once again, for 20 years. Fantastic location, on the Vistula waterfront, overlooking the majestic Wawel Castle, excellent breakfast, beautifully renovated, very luxuriously furnished rooms that remind you of staying in a beautiful home rather than in a hotel, so comfortable beds The hotel has a huge parking lot, you can also reach it conveniently by taxi, which is a great advantage in Krakow - many hotels, including 5-star ones, do not inform you that the parking lot is often several hundred meters away, and you have to walk to the hotel with your luggage, what when it is cold or raining. is is very uncomfortable. Plus the extremely helpful, attentive and friendly staff. Our rating - 10, without a shadow of a doubt!

They welcomed our son with a chocolate dragon’s egg in our room, and after we upgraded, we were delighted to find local delicacies waiting for us. The location is perfect, 10 minutes walk to Rynek the main market square. Hotel looks over Wisla river and Wawel castle. The beds were heaven, aswell as the breakfast. The main lounge area is very cosy despite the big surface,and atrium, with several different private sitting areas and nice lighting. The staff is very helpful and friendly, with a discrete overall presence, ,the perfect hospitality. also late in the evening with any question. The provided umbrella`s were a welcome help with heavy rains. I enjoyed the renewed swimming pool and jacuzzi which is open from 7- 10 p.m. I didn`t want to leave, and will come back another time for sure.
